Lancaster Bomber

This is a series of pictures of the Lancaster Bomber that was at Jackson Park/ Queen Elizabeth Park in Windsor, Ontario. My Great Uncle Otto Molzan served and died in one of these bombers during WWII.

Luke Turner- Boxing Day 2007

One of our Seminary Field Workers came over to our place for Christmas. (It was actually on Boxing Day but it was for Christmas.) Their son Luke obvious enjoyed the chocolate from the mess on his face. Great and cute kid. We like his folks too but Luke is something else.

Canadian Waymarking

Kim and I went over to Canada for a late Christmas celebration. I couldn't resist looking for things to waymark. We found two benchmarks. One was on the Kingsville Post Office building and the other was on the Library. The coordinates were not all that accurate and we rellied more on description than the gps to find them. We also went to two old cemeteries. One was an old negro cemetery and the other was a mass grave for Chippewa Indians. Really interesting to see. They have been submitted for waymarks and just waiting for approval.

Dilbert Blog

I am trying to catch on my email. (Sometimes it gets really stale before I view it.) I was going through the older emails when I noticed the Dilbert Blog. I always enjoyed Scott's
Adams works so I think I will have to start reading it. He's got a great sense of humour and what he has to say makes some good points. Enjoy the link.net

Holidays

The holidays are done and over. It's kinda sad since they went to well and far to fast. Got to see family and visit. Everyone enjoyed their gifts. It's funny. When I was growing up, it was all about the gifts. Now that I am grown, I could care less about the gifts. It is not that they are not appreciated. They always have and always will be appreciated. It is getting together for the holidays that matters now. The only time I get to see family is either when one of us weds, one of us dies or there is a big enough of a holiday to get together. I guess what I want for Christmas next year is just for us to get together.

i also got to find some benchmarks and see some cool gravestones. I will be posting them later.

Happy New Year.
